Kheang Buoy aka Smei, squad chief of Kbal Thnal oil energy, confessed that Nuom, who was former chief of Ba Korng sub-district in 1973, was a Sean's traitorous network. Before the liberation, Nuom was a secretly messenger linked Sean with a lieutenant Satia at Siem Reap district.
