Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical staff of P-31, confessed that lay man Kan, former chief of Santuk district monk, was the treacherous network of Ratt, northern zone. Lay man Kan and Ta Eng could enter the office of Ratt.
កែ ថោង ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា អាចារ្យកន អតីតគណៈសង្ឃ ស្រុកសន្ទុក។ កន ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខ្សែក្បត់របស់ រាត់ ភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ ការចេញចូលមន្ទីររបស់រាត់ មានតែអាចារ្យ កន និង តាអេងទេ ដែលអាចចេញចូលបាន។
