Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, confessed that Thy, deputy chief of division 117 hospital in Northern zone, told him that in 1975, he as ready to appoint Sek as member of the Labor Party. In January 1976, Thy invited his network to join the meeting, at that time, Sek also came to join that meeting. Moreover, Sek accepted plan to try building up more forces.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា ធី អនុប្រធាន ពេទ្យយោធាកងពល ១១៧ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ ខ្លួនថា វាត្រៀមបញ្ចូល សេក កុ្នងបក្សពលករនៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥។ ខែ ១-១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនហៅបក្សពួកមកប្រជុំ ពេលនោះ សេក ក៏បាន ចូលរួម ប្រជុំដែរ។ សេក បានទទួលការណែនាំឱ្យខិតខំកសាងកម្លាំង បន្ថែមទៀត។
