Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of P-31, confessed that in July 1972, Phon received the indoctrination of him and Sun, chief of laboratory office, division 2. Nang mentioned about Phon only.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថានៅខែ៧-១៩៧២ ផុន បានទទួលការអប់រំឱ្យក្បត់ពីខ្លួន និងឈ្មោះស៊ុន ប្រធានមន្ទីរ ពិសោធន៍ កងពល ២។ ណាង និយាយពីឈ្មោះផុនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
