Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of P-31, confessed that Ta Eng, chief of sangkat Kampong Thma had close relationship with Ratt since 1972. Ta Eng ordered soldiers to guard Ratt's office properly. Ta Eng and Ta Kan could enter the office.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា តាអេង ប្រធាន សង្កាត់កំពង់ថ្ម មានទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នាជាមួយរាត់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ តាអេង បានចាត់តាំងកម្លាំងយោធាឱ្យយាមកាមមន្ទីរតារាត់ យ៉ាង ហ្មត់ចត់ ហើយអ្នកដែលចេញចូលមន្ទីរនេះបានមានតែតាអេង និង តាកនប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
