Ke Thao aka Nang, medical person of P-31, confessed that Dim, Chief of Tank Group of Division 117, was convinced by Phoeung with treason. In October 1972, Dim attended the meeting with Nang to accept Ratt's plans to expand traitorous forces in an effort to liberate the country in October 1973. After the plan was aborted, Dim recommended his network to build up more forces.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ឌឹម ប្រធានក្រុមយន្ដយុទ្ធកងពល ១១៧ ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះភឿងអប់រំ កសាងឱ្យក្បត់។ ខែ១០-១៩៧២ ឌឹម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយណាង ទទួលផែនការពីរាត់ឱ្យបក្ខពួកប្រមូលកម្លាំង កសាងទ័ពក្បត់ដើម្បីលើក ផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសខែ១០-១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយពីផែនការនេះ ត្រូវបរាជ័យឌឹម បានណែនាំបក្ខពួកឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងបន្ថែមទៀត។
