Ke Thao aka Nang, working at hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1976, chief of region 43 agriculture, came to Phnom Penh with Thin, chief of Prey Chhor district hospital, and Kim, chief of Prey Chhor district laboratory, in order to control the network situation in the City.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថាជាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅ និងប្រធានកសិកម្មតំបន់ ៤៣ ថានៅខែ ១០-១៩៧៦ បានមក ភំ្នពេញជាមួយឈ្មោះ ធីន ប្រធានមនី្ទរពេទ្យស្រុកព្រៃឈរ និង គីម ប្រធានមនី្ទរពិសោធន៍ស្រុកព្រៃឈរ ដើម្បីក្ដាប់សភាពការណ៍បក្សពួក ខ្លួននៅកុ្នងក្រុង។
