Ke Thao aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, conceded that Thy, chief of Northern zone medical technicians told him that after the liberation, he had built up Stha, Vang, medical member of division 117 in Northern zone, and Chhay, deputy chief of division 117 medics. Then he prepared to appoint them as members of the Kampuchea Labor Party in 1975.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ធី ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បាននិយាយប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា ក្រោយ រំដោះ វាបានកសាង ឈ្មោះ ស្ថារ, វ៉ាង សមាជិក បចេ្ចកទេសពេទ្យយោធាកងពល ១១៧ ឧត្ដរនិងឆាយ អនុក្រុមពេទ្យ កងពល ១១៧ បានហើយត្រៀមបញ្ចូលអ្នកទាំងបី ជាសមាជិកបក្ស ពលករកម្ពុជានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥។
