Ke Thao aka Nang, working at hospital P-31, confessed that Sen was a chief of Kampong Cham hospital. In February 1975, Pha assigned Sen to link with network of Prang, soldier of division 310; moreover, Prang and Sen prepared to seize the authority based on the Kampuchea Labor Party's plan, while the Phnom Penh would be liberated.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សែន ជាប្រធានមនី្ទរពេទ្យកំពង់ចាម។ នៅខែ ២-១៩៧៥ ផា បាន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យ សែន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ប្រាង យោធាកងពល ៣១០។ ប្រាង និង សែន ត្រៀមខ្លួនចូលដណើ្ដមយករដ្ឋអំណាចតាមផែនការ បក្សពលករកម្ពុជា នៅពេលភំ្នពេញត្រូវបានរំដោះ។
