Ke Thao aka Nang, working at hospital P-31, confessed that in 1975, Pha assigned Pei to link with his network. In July 1975, Tep nominated Pei to investigate the Angkar that was spying on him; moreover, he assigned Pei to gather Pha' s former network again and to try increasing in huge number of forces.
កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ផា បានចាត់តាំង ប៉ី ឱ្យភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួន។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧៥ ទេព បានចាត់តាំង ប៉ី ឱ្យតាមដានអង្គការដែល កំពុងតាមដានខ្លួន ហើយ ទេព បានណែនាំ ប៉ី ឱ្យប្រមូលខ្សែរយៈ ចាស់របស់ ផា ឡើងវិញ និងឱ្យខិតខំកសាងកម្លាំងថែមទៀត។
