Nhem Sam Ngatt, secretary of regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Ke Latt was a messenger who was responsible for bringing information from Phnom Penh to division 290; moreover, he provided information concerning with the party attacking plan on September 30, 1976 to squad-200. Sam Ngatt did not clarify more details about Latt.
ញ៉ែម សម្ងាត់ លេខាវរសេនាធំ២៣ កងពល២៩០ បាននិយាយថា កែ ឡាត់ ជាអ្នកនាំដំណឹងពីភ្នំពេញទៅកងពល២៩០។ កែ ឡាត់ អ្នកផ្ដល់ផែនការណ៍វាយបក្សថ្ងៃទី៣០-៩-១៩៧៦ ទៅពួក ២០០ដែលចាំទទួលដំណឹងនេះពី កែ ឡាត់។ សកម្មភាពក្រៅពីនេះ សម្ងាត់ក្ដាប់មិនបាន។
