Nhem Sam-ngatt, secretary of regiment 23, division 290, confessed that Yeng, secretary of Prasat sub-district, Peam Ro district, took part in treacherous activities with the Free Khmer party and built up forces for fighting the party.
ញ៉ែម សម្ងាត់ លេខាវរសេនាធំ ២៣ កងពល ២៩០ បានសារភាព ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ យ៉េង លេខាសង្កាត់ប្រាសាទ ស្រុកពាមរបានចូលរួមក្នុង សកម្មភាពក្បត់ក្នុងបក្សខ្មែរសេរី និងកសាងកម្លាំងដើម្បីវាយបក្ស។
