In March 1976, Vinh Seang, three-star sergeant of battalion 24, regiment 16, division 32, was arrested in Takeo province. Vinh Seang was Vietnamese spy, who was arrested from Prek Vinh Te near Russey island in Kampuchea sea. March 18, 1978 Vinh Seang infiltrated to spy on Kampuchea territory, nearly a haft of kilometer heading for Den mountain, but he was arrested by Kampuchea soldiers.
វិញ ស៊ាង ពលបាលផ្កាយបី វរសេនាតូច ២៤ វរសេនាធំ ១៦ កងពល ៣២ ចាប់ខ្លួនខែ៣-១៩៧៦ នៅខេត្ដតាកែវ ជាចារកម្ម យួនចាប់មកពីព្រែកវិញតេ ជិតកោះឫស្សីសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា។ វិញ ស៊ាង បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពដើរយកការណ៍នៅថ្ងៃទី១៨-៣-១៩៧៨ កុ្នងទឹកដីកម្ពុជានៅសល់កន្លះគីឡូម៉ែត្រទៀតដល់ភំ្នដិន ត្រូវកងទ័ព កម្ពុជាចាប់បានតែម្ដង។
