Nhem Sean, combatant of division 310 office, confessed that Chet, working at regiment 13, division 310, was a betrayer. Chet received assignment from Oeun and Voeung, working at division 310, to load weapon and foodstuffs to Sot, member of Siem Reap region, and Sy, working at division of region 42, to be ready to fight the revolution. Furthermore, Chet disseminated the plan to attack Phnom Penh from January-October 1977.
ញ៉ែម ស៊ាន យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរកងពល ៣១០ បានសារភាពថា ចិត្ដ វរសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៣១០ ជាជនក្បត់ បានទទួលការចាតល តាំងពីឈ្មោះ អឿន និង វឿង កងពល ៣១០ ឱ្យដឹកកាំភើ្លងនិង ស្បៀងយកទៅឱ្យ សុត សមាជិកតំបន់ សៀមរាប និងឈ្មោះ សី កងពលតំបន់ ៤២ ត្រៀមវាយបដិវត្ដ និងបានផ្សាយផែនការវាយ ភំ្នពេញពីខែ១ ដល់ ខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧។
