The measure of class struggling assignment were that to evacuate people from the city, to stop using money (money were used less), to solve people life through the Angkar, to strengthen cooperatives and syndicates and to openly educate youths.
វិធាកការតស៊ូដែលបានចាត់តាំងហើយនោះគឺ ការជម្លៀសប្រជាជន ចេញពីទីក្រង , មិនចាលុយ, ដោះស្រាយជីវភាពប្រជាជនឱ្យបាន តាមរបបអង្គការកំណត់ ពង្រឹងសហករណ៍ សហជីព អប់រំមហា ជនចំហរ ទូលាយ ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់តាមគ្រប់រូបភាព។
