Nhem Lon, chief of lathe at train factory, confessed that Meng, chief of Korki sub-district, Kien Svay district, was assigned by Kiev Mapp to convince people in the sub-district to attend the demonstration and to cooperate with division 170 in order to attack the party in September 1976.
