There are reports saying that UNTAC will return weapons to Vietnam and Vietnam's puppets in Phnom Penh. This is a man oeuvre by bad elements among allies inside and outside UNTAC to provide aid in the from of weapons to Vietnam and its puppets to attack Cambodian resistance forces and to fuel and restart Vietnam's war of aggression in Cambodia.
