Nhem Chin, deputy chief of Airplane Guiding section, was a former soldier of division 450. Chin was a native of Stung district, Kampong Thom province. Chin joined the revolution in 1974, working at district mobile work in 1974 and was a soldier of logistics 303 in 1975. In 1976, Chin came from division 502 under the command of Hakk. Hakk provoked problem during working.
ញ៉ែម ជិន អនុក្រុមនាំផ្លូវយន្ដហោះ អតីតនៅកងពល ៤៥០។ ជិន ជាអ្នកស្រុកស្ទោង ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ជិន ចូលបដិវត្ដជាកងចល័តស្រុក នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហើយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ជាយោធាភស្ដុភារ ៣០៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ជិន មកកងពល ៥០២ ក្រោមបញ្ជាររបស់ ហាក់។ ជិន បានបង្កទំនាស់មិនធ្វើការងារ។
