ញ៉េប សួង ហៅ ផាន់ នេសាទរដ្ឋ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ ថន ពេទ្យកំពង់សោម ថាៈ ថន ក្បត់បក្សតាមការណែនាំរបស់ សុក ហើយ បានទទួលភារកិច្ចដាក់ជនបង្កប់ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់នៅ តាមមូលដ្ឋាន។
