Hieng Kim Sreng confessed that El joined CIA spy in April 1973 at battery factory under the introduction of Neou and Mei Tep Mungkul. El caused to rebel workers in the factory to destroy oil product machine and to show their attitudes not to satisfy with the leaders.
ហៀង គឹមសេ្រង បានសារភាពថា ឯល ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ខែ៤-១៩៧៣ នៅរោងចក្រថ្មពិល ដែលមានឈ្មោះនៅ នឹង មុី ទេពមង្គល អ្នកអប់រំ។ ឯល បានធ្វើការបំបះបំបោរកម្មករក្នុងរោងចក្រធ្វើឱ្យ ម៉ាស៊ីនសំខាន់ៗ ក្នុងខ្សែផលិតបេ្រងខូច និងបពោ្ចញអកច្បកិរិយា មិនពេញចិត្ដចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទៀតផង។
