Hieng Kim Sreng, CIA, confessed that El, who was a machine repairer, joined CIA in April 1973 under the introduction of Tep Mungkul and Tat Vanny. Later, [El]was a director of Chhke Py Battery factory. El received plots from Neou to disrupt and destroy some engine's parts of brand oil factory.
ហៀង គិមសេ្រង សេអ៊ីអាបានឆ្លើយថា អ៊ែល ជាជាងម៉ាស៊ីន បាន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ខែ៤-១៩៧៣ តាមរយៈ ទេព មង្គល និង តាត វន្នី ក្រោយមកធ្វើចាងហ្វាងរោងចក្រថ្មពិលឆ្កែពីរ។ អែល បានទទួល ផែនការពីឈ្មោះ នៅ ឱ្យបង្អាក់ដំណើរការ និង បំផ្លាញគ្រឿង ខ្ចៅខ្ចង ដែលធ្វើឱ្យរោងចក្របេ្រងកន្ទក់មិនដំណើរការ។
