The two co prime minister Hun Sen and Prince Norodom Ranariddh will leave tomorrow for a state visit to Vietnam. They will first travel to Hanoi and then visit to Ho Chi Minh city. Several issue are expected to be raised: the status of the ethnic Vietnamese in Cambodia, under disputes and smuggling.
