After returning from Beijing, His Excellency [HE] Hen Sen, Chairman of the state of Cambodia's Council of Minister and member of Cambodia's Supreme National Council [SNC], said at Pochentong International Airport on the evening of 20 January that holding the presidential election first and our knowledge that the president will be His Royal Highness Prince Norodom Sihanouk will surely make a most important contribution to the legislative election.
