Touch Tay remembered that in 1970 American dropped bombs, so that time, he and his family secaped to live in Vietnam. He then returned back to Phnom Penh and worked as a contruction worker. From 1970 to 1975, he lived at countryside. After 1975, he was sent to work for a group in mobile unit in which in this group comprised 30 persons. He is now affected the chronic diseases such as high blood pressure, liver disease, headache, and dizziness.
ទូច តយ បានចងចាំថា នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ អាមេរិចបានទម្លាក់គ្រាប់ គ្រួសារគាត់បានជម្លៀសទៅប្រទេសវៀតណាម បន្ទាប់មកគាត់ត្រូវគេនាំទៅភ្នំពេញ គាត់ធ្វើការសំណង់។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ដល់១៩៧៥ គាត់ទៅនៅស្រុកស្រែ។ ក្រោយឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ គេឲ្យគាត់ចូលក្នុងកងចល័តដែលមានសមាជិក៣០នាក់។ សព្វថ្ងៃគាត់មានជំងឺប្រចាំកាយគឺ ជំងឺលើសឈាម រោគថ្លើមឈឺក្បាល វិលមុខ។
