Heng Boran, worker of Takhmau tyre factory, joined the C.I.A in 1972, under the nomination of Um Sinoeun and the acceptation of Pin Sithon. After April 17, 1975 he 1975 he linked with C.I.A network of Pin Thon, carried out anti-revolutionary activities with Prakk Sary's group, secretly convinced old workers, indoctrinated them with liberal ideology, opposed to the communist and the revolution.
ហេង បូរាណ កម្មកររោងចក្រកង់ឡានតាខ្មៅ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ដែលមានអ្នកនាំចូលឈ្មោះ អ៊ុំ ស៊ីនឿន និង អ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ឈ្មោះពិន ស៊ីថុន។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ បាន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែរយៈសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ ពិន ថុន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ កុ្នងក្រុម ប្រាក់ សាវី បានឃោសនាខ្សឹបខ្សៀវកុ្នងចំណោមកម្មករ ចាស់ បំពាក់ទ្រឹសី្ដរបបលោកសេរីប្រឆាំងកុម្មុយនីស្ដប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
