Hao Rom aka Thon, soldier of special cell, regiment 11, division 310, and Hai Chamraen aka Nan, commander of special cell, regiment 11, confessed that Phoan, commander of battalion 113, regiment 11, division 310, carried out the traitorous activities to convince soldiers to flee from their line, to kill cadre and soldiers by poison.
ហោ រ៉ុម ហៅ ថុន យុទ្ធជនកងពិសេស វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ និងហៃ ចំរើន ហៅ ណាន បញ្ជាការកងពិសេស វរសេនាធំ ១១ បានឆ្លើយសារភាពពីឈ្មោះ ភាន់ បញ្ជាការវរសេនាតូច ១១៣ វរសេនាធំ ១១ កងពល ៣១០ ថាៈ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពក្បត់ ដោយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនអោយរត់ចោលខ្សែត្រៀម ដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុល សម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាល យុទ្ធជន។
