Voal Sapon confessed that Chap Sam-at was indoctrinated by Seng Veng with anti-revolutionary sentiment. In July 1975, Sam-at received Seng Veng's plots to demonstrate in demand for children being taken care by their own. After that, Sam-at received Um Chamreun's plot to destroy GM machines.
វាល់ សាប៉ុន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ចាប សំអាត ត្រូវបានឈ្មោះ សេង វ៉េង អប់រំឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ខែ៧-១៩៧៥ សំអាត បាន ទទួលផែនការពីសេង វ៉េង ឱ្យធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ។ ក្រោយមកសំអាត បានទទួលផែនការពីអ៊ុំ ចំរើន ឱ្យបំផ្លាញ ម៉ាស៊ីនហេ្សអឹម។
