Moul Moeun, alias Song, male, disappeared. Interviewed with his 71-year-old sister-in-law, Ly Kay; Moeun៌s father was Po and his mother was Kun. Moeun has 8 siblings, and he was born in Koh Ta Ngau No. 1 village, So Kang sub-district, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. When he was a child, Moeun went to Koh Ta Ngau primary school. It was in 1970 that there were a coup to depose Samdach Sihanouk and a demonstration that caused to be chaos in the country; as a result; teachers and students didn៌t go to school. After that, Moeun decided to drop out of school and helped his parents in rice field. Moeun then joined the Khmer Liberation in the forest, but no one knew when he joined. At that time, he was sent to the battlefield to fight wit Lon Nol soldier. Since leaving home, Moeun has never returned. When the Khmer Rouge got the victory in 1975, Moeun didn៌t come back home until these days. According to his biography, Moeun first became a soldier in the first division. It was until 1975 that he was ordered to Kampong Som district as a port worker in Ministry of Commerce. Moeun was then arrested in 1976 while his elder sister, Kay, during the Khmer Rouge Regime from 1975 to 1979, was assigned to farm in rice field in cooperatives. There wasn៌t enough food to eat, but no one dared to complaint because of being afraid of death. In the Khmer Rouge Regime, it was seen and witnessed that militiamen captured and tied people in lines to be killed in O Tra Kuon pagoda.
មូល មឿ ហៅ សុង ភេទប្រុស បាត់ខ្លួន។ ជួបជាមួយឈ្មោះ លី កាយ អាយុ៧១ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបង ថៃ្លស្រី។ មឿ មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ប៉ូ ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ គុណ មានបងប្អូន៨នាក់ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិ កោះតាង៉ោទី១ ឃុំសូរគង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ មឿ កាលពីតូចរៀននៅសាលាបឋម សិក្សាកោះតាង៉ោ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ពេលកើតមានរដ្ឋប្រហារទម្លាក់សមេ្ដចសីហនុ ហើយមានបាតុកម្ម កើតឡើងធ្វើឱ្យប្រទេសជ្រួលច្របល់ កូនសិស្ស លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូឈប់មកបង្រៀន។ មឿ ក្រោយពី ឈប់មកជួយ ធ្វើស្រែចម្ការឪពុកម្ដាយ។ ក្រោយមកទៀត បានដឹងថា មឿ ចូលយោធាខាងខែ្មរ រំដោះចូលពៃ្រតស៊ូតែមិនបានដឹងថាឆ្នាំណាទេ កាលនោះចូលសមរភូមិវាយជាមួយទាហាន លន់ នល់។ មឿ តាំងពីចេញពីផ្ទះមិនដែលឃើញត្រឡប់មកស្រុកកំណើតវិញទេ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ពេលខែ្មរ ក្រហមទទួលជ័យជម្នះក៏មិនឃើញមក រហូតដល់មកដល់ពេលនេះក៏មិនឃើញដែរ។ បើតាមប្រវត្ដិរូប មឿ ដំបូងធ្វើជាយោធានៅកងពលទី១ រហូតដល់ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ អង្គការ បញ្ជូនទៅស្រុកកំពង់សោម ជា កម្មករផែ នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រោយមកអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦។ រីឯ ឈ្មោះ កាយ ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ដល់៧៩ ធ្វើស្រែចម្ការនៅតាម សហករណ៍ ហូបចុកមិនបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ មិនហ៊ានមាត់ទេ ព្រោះខ្លាចអង្គការយកទៅវាយចោល។ នៅជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហម ធ្លាប់បានឃើញផ្ទាល់ ភ្នែក កងឈ្លបបានដើរចាប់មនុស្សចងទាំងខ្សែ យកទៅសម្លាប់ចោលវត្ដអូរត្រកួន។
