Communist Vietnam's War ended in 1991-1992. Cambodia should have had peace because the Communist Vietnamese aggressors were defeated. On the one hand, scores of them died in Cambodia, while on the other hand there was no more aid from the Soviet Union or the Warsaw, Pact, who had provided $2 billion.
