Om Soek, train mechnic in Battambang unit, confessed that Khuon Sam Oeun, train mechanic in Battambang, joined the C.I.A in 1970. Sam Oeun convinced workers to hate the revolutionary regime, and to scorn the upper ranking cadres in train unit. Sam Oeun, moreover, carried out an activity to destroy machines and equipment in train unit, and provoked people to hate the revolutionary regime so as to take a chance to collect [traitorous] network for fighting to get Phnom Penh in June 1976.
អោម សឹក អ្នុកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភើ្លង អង្គភាពបាត់ដំបង បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ឃួន សំអឿន ជាងជួសជុលរទេះភើ្លងបាត់ដំបង ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ សំអឿន បានដើរបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់ របបបដិវត្ដ និងឱ្យមើលងាយកម្មាភិបាលដឹកនាំអង្គភាពរទេះភើ្លង។ សំអឿនធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញម៉ាស៊ីន និងសម្ភារៈនៅអង្គភាពរទេះ ភើ្លងអស់មួយចំនួន ព្រមទាំងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ ដើម្បីឆក់ឱកាសប្រមូលកម្លាំងវាយភំ្នពេញនៅខែ៦-១៩៧៦។
