Aom Soek, mechanic of train unit in Phnom Penh, confessed that Khann, medical staff of train unit in Battambang, joined the CIA in 1976 and linked his network. In September 1975, Khann attended the meeting and received Touch Kim Sour's plots to kill soldiers by means of putting poisonous substances in jars, to shoot dead soldiers, and to get together the people so as to make them back the train unit and spread leaflets.
អោម សឹក អ្នកជួសជុលម៉ាស៊ីនរទេះភ្លើងភ្នំពេញ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ខាន់ ពេទ្យនៅអង្គភាពរទេះភ្លើងបាត់ដំបងថាៈ ខាន់ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួន។ នៅខែ៩-១៩៧៥ ខាន់ បាន ចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីទូច គឹមសួរឱ្យសម្លាប់កងទ័ពដោយប្រើថ្នាំ បំពុលក្នុងពាង, លបបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលកងទ័ព, ឃោសនាប្រមូលកម្លាំង ប្រជាជនឱ្យគាំទ្រចលនាក្បត់ក្នុងអង្គភាពរទេះភ្លើងនិងធ្វើត្រាក់បាច។
