Nget Chan aka Khuon, soldier of regiment 51, division 502, confessed that in 1972, Takk, layman of Samrong pagoda, district 18, regiment 25, and Khuon attended a meeting and received Sot's assignment to establish businessmen group to buy equipment from the liberated area to sell in enemy area. The purpose was that easily to make contact with soldiers.
ង៉ែត ចន ហៅ ឃួន យុទ្ធជនវរសេនាធំ ៥១ កងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពី តក់ អាចារ្យវត្ដសំរោង ស្រុក ១៨ តំបន់ ២៥ ថាៈ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ តក់ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំជាមួយ ឃួន ដោយទទួល ការចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះ សុត អោយបង្កើតក្រុមថៅកែ ទិញសម្ភារៈ ពីតំបន់រំដោះ យកទៅលក់ តំបន់ខ្មាំង។ គោលបំណងពួកវាគឺដើម្បី ស្រួលដល់ការទាក់ទងជាមួយទាហាន។
