E Kim San aka Sokh, working at Platoon, Division 310, confessed that Hen, member of Small Cell, Division 2, Ratanak Kiri, was a member of the Free Khmer within Phat's network. Phat built him up in May 1973. Hen received Phat's plots to find way of destroying the revolutionary leadership, of tracing soldiers in each unit to make sure that if one did not adopt a stern attitude, we had to lure them to join the Free Khmer.
អែ គឹមសាន ហៅ សុខ អនុសេនាតូច កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ហែន កងតូច កងពលទី ២ រតនគិរី ជាខ្មែរសេរី របស់ ផាតដែលបានអប់រំនៅខែ៥-១៩៧៣។ ហែន បានទទួល ផែនការពីផាតឱ្យរកល្បិចកំទេចកម្លាំងដឹកនាំបដិវត្ដ ក្ដាប់យុទ្ធជន ក្នុងអង្គភាពឱ្យបាន បើយុទ្ធជនណាមានសតិអារម្មណ៍មិននឹងនត្រូវ អូសទាញឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសេរី។
