According to a press communique issued by "Cambodge Politique" (France), a tribunal in Phnom Penh yesterday found the newspaper "Voice of Khmer Youth" (Samleng Youveakchon Khmer) guilty of having published articles containing" false information, written in bad faith, lacking in evidence, and with the intention of doing harm to the government and to institutions.
