Thiem Saran aka Kim, chief of state warehouse political platoon at Kilometer 6, confessed that Pha, chief of company of district cell, was a White Khmer force of Khuon. Pha and Chea, chief of economic office of Siem Reap region, attended to demonstrate against the party in December 1976.
ធៀម សារ៉ន ហៅ គីម ប្រធាននយោបាយអនុសេនាតូចឃ្លាំងរដ្ឋ គីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ បានសារភាពថា ផា ប្រធានអនុសេនាធំកងស្រុក ជាខ្មែរស ក្នុងខ្សែរបស់ ឃួន។ ផា រួមជាមួយ ជា ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ច តំបន់សៀមរាប ធ្វើបាតុកកម្មប្រឆាំងបក្ស នៅខែ ១២-១៩៧៦។
