Thai Sovann Tha and Sarak Khann confessed that Kiet Sam Oeun, 33, was a technical spy. Before 17 April 1975, he worked for electric current section. Currently, the Angkar assigned him to work at Battambang province. He joined CIA, and he was responsible to convince workers of cadre's insufficient living standard.
ថៃ សុវណ្ណថា និងសារ៉ាខាន់ បានសារភាពថា គៀត សំអឿន មានអាយុ ៣៣ឆ្នាំ ជាភ្នាក់ងារបចេ្ចកទេស។ មុន១៧ មេសា ១៩៧៥ថ មានដំណែងជាអ្នកធ្វើចលនាចរន្ដ បច្ចុប្បន្នត្រូវអង្គការចាត់ អោយទៅបាត់ដំបង។ បានចូលសេអ៊ីអាហើយទទួលភារកិច្ចនិយាយ បំផុសបំផុលពីរឿងកិច្ចចាត់ចែងការងាររបស់កម្មាភិបាល ដែលខ្វះខាត ហើយយករឿងនេះមកប្រាប់កម្មករអោយដឹង នាំអោយកម្មករ មិនទុកចិត្ដចំពោះអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវ។
