Doeu Veng, soldier of telegram section of division 170, confessed that Roath betrayed the party, because he [Veng] indoctrinated them with treason. Roath took responsible to provoke problem concerning with the unequal life between cadre and soldiers, to convince soldiers to disgust the revolutionary regime, to kill 2 pigs with poison, and to cause 3 beds of seedling at Boeng Snao and another 4 hectares of rice to be rotten by draining water.
ឌឿ វ៉េង យុទ្ធជនទូរលេខកងពល១៦៤ បាននិយាយថា រដ្ឋ ក្បត់បក្សព្រោះខ្លួនជាអ្នកអប់រំ។ រដ្ឋ បានបំផុសជីវភាព មិនស្មើភាពរវាងកម្មាភិបាលនិងយុទ្ធជន បំផុសអោយយុទ្ធជន ស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ ដាក់ថ្នាំបំពុលងាប់ជ្រូកអស់២ក្បាល បង្ហូរទឹក ដាក់សំណាបបឹងស្នោររលួយអស់៣ថ្នាល និងបង្ហូរទឹកដាក់សន្ទូង ឱ្យខូចស្រូវអស់៤ហិកតា។
