Toek Seng Eng, chief of railway repairing technician, confessed that San convinced people to rebel against the revolutionary authority. During San was spreading propaganda, he met Seng Eng and agree to make a cooperation with each other. From that, they both attended to persuade people to disgust the revolution. Seng Eng did not clarify San's network.
តឹក សេងអេង ប្រធានបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលផ្លូវដែកបាននិយាយថា សាន ដើរឃោសនាបំផុសប្រជាជនអោយបះបោរដណ្ដើម រដ្ឋអំណាចពីបដិវត្ដ។ ពេល សាន កំពុងឃោសនាបានជួបនិងខ្លួន «សេង អេង»ហើយបានសហការណ៍គ្នាឃោសនាប្រជាជន អោយ ស្អប់រដ្ឋអំណាចបដិវត្ដបន្ថែមទៀត។ សេង អេង មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ពី ខ្សែសង្វាក់របស់ឈ្មោះ សានទេ។
