Chev Chhon aka Mon, member of regiment 11, confessed that Phal, messenger of division 310, convinced combatants at handicap unit about eating and drinking, freedom in order to make those combatants to disgust the revolution and gradually step to build up the anti-revolutionary forces.
ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកវរសេនាធំលេខ ១១ បានសារភាពថា ផល យុទ្ធជននីរសារ កងពល ៣១០ បានដើរបំផុសយុទ្ធជនក្នុងកង ពិការ ពីការស៊ីចុក សេរីភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យយុទ្ធជនស្អប់បដិវត្ដ និងឈាន ទៅកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់បដិវត្ដ។
