Following point emerged from discussion today, July 19, with Gillilland Army Liaison officer at US Consulate-General. Hong Kong based P.R.C cadres have confirmed to the Americans the presence of Chinese military advisers in Kampuchea including a pla railway engineering division (Da Bing Tuan) and "advisers and logistics personnel".
