In April 1955, Premier Zhou Enlai, went to Bandung in Indonesia to attend the Asian-African summit. To the throne on his father's located with Sihanouk of Cambodia was also attended by the cabinet in his capacity as Prime Minister of this important meeting and issued a "policy of neutrality on the statement of Cambodia."
