Chev Chhon aka Mon, member of regiment 11, confessed that Say, soldier of division 310, received the plot from Khuon to secretly shoot at trucks and motorbikes and to convince people to revolt against the revolution.
ចេវ ឆុន ហៅ ម៉ុន សមាជិកវរសេនាធំ ១១ បានសារភាពថា សយ យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៣១០ បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ឃួន ឱ្យលបបាញ់ឡាន ម៉ូតូ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យបះបោរប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។
