Colonel Am Rong, Spokesman of the army of Lon Nol has refused the confrontation which I proposed through the kindly offices your esteemed magazine (letters. July 30). The confrontation was to establish whether the photographs and the films of my journey last March to the liberated zone of Cambodia had been fabricated in a foreign cinema studio or made in Cambodia itself.
