Chet Nem, 34 years old, joined the CIA in 1970, the Party of Socialist Republic in 1972, and the rescuing association of Eeclectrial workers. Nem worked as a 10-house chief and volunteered to join the army to examine the front line. After April 17, 1975, Nem conducted CIA activities within the network of Hao Thouren and You Phin Ret. Nem demanded time be reduced and food given enough. Nem conspired to damage and disrupt the machinery process.
ជេត ណែម អាយុ ៣៤ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០, ចូល គណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណរដ្ឋនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ និង ចូលសមាគម សង្គ្រោះបុគ្គលិកអគ្គិសនី។ ជេត ណែមធ្លាប់ធ្វើមេ១០ខ្នងហើយបាន ស្ម័គ្រចិត្ដចូលធ្វើទាហាន ទៅពិនិត្យ ខ្សែត្រៀម។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤- ១៩៧៥ ជេត ណែម ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែ ហោ ធូរេន និង យូ ភិនរេត។ ជេត ណែម បានតវ៉ាឱ្យបន្ថយម៉ោងធ្វើពលកម្ម និងហូបចុកឱ្យគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ ជេត ណែម បានចូលរួមធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីន ចំហាយរអាក់រអួល។
