On November 08, we asked Rogers (U.S. Embassy) whether it had been decided how the U.S. materials on V.C. abuse of Cambodian territory being compiled by MACV was to be handle. He said that the U.S. Embassy here had propose that when the complication was complete:
A meeting of Ambassadors from troop contributors countries's meeting might be help here to inform other allies of how the U.S. intended to proceed to rebut Cambodian statement that there was no evidence of V.C. use of their territory. |
