Prince Norodom Phurssara has been appointed Minister for Foreign Affairs. He is half brother of Prince Monissara and second cousin to Prince Sihanouk. From 1962-1964 he was Secretary of State for interior although intelligent and friendly he is not regarded as strong character or particularly competent.
