Cheng An admitted that, in 1959 (he /she joined CIA, in which was nominated by Bun Man and Kim Yiem, and was recognized by Say- and was responsible for persuading the public, building CIA force, and finding ways to be undercover in various organizations to carry out the action plans with he/she networks until he/she was arrested by Angkor.
ចេង អន បានសារភាពថាខ្លួនបានចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៥៩ ដែលមាន ប៊ុន ម៉ន និង គឹម យៀម ជាអ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម និងឈ្មោះ សាយ ជាអ្នកទទួលស្គាល់ ហើយទទួលភារកិច្ចឃោសនាក្នុងចំណោម មហាជន ខិតខំកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា និងរកវិធីចូលបង្កប់ក្នុងអង្គការ ផេ្សងៗដើម្បីធ្វើសកម្មភាព។ អនបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយ បក្សពួករហូតដល់អង្គការចាប់ខ្លួន។
