Chao Matt aka Chao Dara described 14 people migrating into Kampuchea on 9 December 1976 and the list of 28 people fleeing into the forest and the confession on the movement of Indo-Chinese Sereika National Unit and the reasons of setting up the resistant movement in Kampuchea Krom.
ចៅម៉ាត់ ហៅ ចៅដរ៉ា បានរាប់ឈ្មោះមនុស្សចំនួន ១៤នាក់ ដែលចូលមកកម្ពុជាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៩-១២-១៩៧៦ និងបញ្ជីរាយឈ្មោះ អ្នករត់ចូលព្រៃចំនួន ២៨នាក់ ព្រមទាំងចំលើយសារភាពអំពី សភាពការណ៍របស់ចលនាមហាសាមគ្គី សេរីកាជាតិ ឥណ្ដូចិន និងមូលហេតុដែលកើតចលនាតស៊ូនៅកម្ពុជាក្រាម។
