Pen Ngauv confessed that in 1974, he fled to enemy's area and made contact with Uk Phan and Uk Proeung. After the liberation in 1975, Ngauv moved to live in his birthplace in order to convince people to revolt against the revolution and to conquer the revolutionary authority.
ប៉ែន ង៉ូវ បានសារភាពថានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ខ្លួនបានរត់ចូលខ្មាំង ហើយ បានទាក់ទងឈ្មោះ អ៊ុក ផន និង អ៊ុក ព្រឿង។ លុះពេល ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបានរំដោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ ង៉ូវ បានវិលមករស់នៅក្នុងភូមិ កំណើតវិញ ហើយបានទទួលការចាត់តាំងពីវៀតណាមឱ្យបំផុស ប្រជាជនជួយជាកម្លាំងដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ និងវាយដណ្ដើមយក អំណាចមកវិញ។
