Pao Samet, worker of Kampong Som train unit, confessed that Mam Sophan, former worker of Kampong Smach road construction unit, was a network of Ieng Seiha and treacherous mastermind in Kampong Smach. In December 1975, Mam Sophan and his network dug up railroad in Kampong Som causing 200-meter railroad dented and damaged a machine.
ប៉ោ សាម៉េត កម្មរនៅរទេះភ្លើងកំពង់សោម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះម៉ម សុផន កម្មករចាស់នៅអង្គភាពបចេ្ចកទេសជួសជុលផ្លូវកំពង់ស្មាច់ថាៈ ជាខ្សែក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះអៀង សីហា និងជាមេខ្សែក្បត់ប្រចាំនៅ កំពង់ស្មាច់។ នៅខែ១២-១៩៧៥ ម៉ម សុផន និងបក្ខពួកបានគាស់ ផ្លូវដែកនៅកំពង់សោម ឱ្យវៀចអស់ ២០០ម៉ែត្រ និងខូចម៉ាស៊ីនអស់ មួយគ្រឿង។
